8.9 ml   Aqua dest.

15 µl    H₂O₂ 30%

Measurement

180 µl   Reagent per well
20 µl    Sample

® Kinetic measurement at l = 655 nm

or

stop with 50 µl H₂SO₄ (1 mol/l)

read at l = 450 nm
