100 µl   TMB diHCl Solution (6 mg/ml in Water)             Aldrich 86,151-0
         (3,3’,5,5’-Tetramethylbenzidine dihydrochloride)
1000 µl  1 mol/l Potassium Phosphate buffer pH 6.5

10 µl    Horseradish Peroxidase, 1000U/ml                  SIGMA P8125

Measurement

200 µl   Reagent per well
20 µl    Sample or standard

mix for 3 to 5 min

50 µl    H₂SO₄ (1 mol/l)

read at l = 450 nm against blank
