Fixation buffer (composition)

2.5%     Glutaraldehyde

1%       Sucrose

0.8M     Phosphate buffer, pH 7.3

Fixation for at least 2 hours

 

Dehydration

Increasing row of 2-propanole: 30%; 50%; 70%; 90%; 100% 2-propanole

Dehydrate for about 10min at each concentration.
